How do i forgive and heal the world

Forgiveness can heal your pain and move you to a better life.  By unblocking yourself,

dropping your load and lightening your spirit you will open up new pathways of creativity and

joy in your life.

It’s the only way to achieve those goals. Goal-setting is a waste of time if you set out with

a serious handicap.  And that’s what un-forgiveness is, a serious handicap.  Energies that

could go towards relationship building or income generation have to be spent on feeding the

anger or hurt that you continue to nurture.  It takes energy to stay upset.  That energy

could be spent on your goals; on taking actions that would result in you achieving your

goals.  If you have a spiritual goal of creating a closer connection to God, un-forgiveness

will make that impossible.  Every religion reviewed said the same thing:  “go fix your

business with your brother before you come to me.”

If this is your time to learn something new or do something brave and bold with your career,

but yet you lack the courage to forgive, you will be burdened by the heavy load of unresolved

anger (even if it’s dormant) and you’ll find being brave in only one area of your life

practically impossible.

We set goals to bring something new into our lives, usually.   We even work hard at

accomplishing those goals so we can enjoy all the benefits of success.  So, why would you

want to block it? Don’t block your success.

Forgive someone today. That someone might be you; often, forgiving our self is the most

challenging of all.

Imagine your life with a steady joy that doesn’t change like the weather.  With energies

re-channeled into productive work, you will have more of whatever you need to keep yourself

centered and your life balanced.

And don’t wait, forgive today so you can truly enjoy this day/month/year of new beginnings.

Everything is pointing you in the direction of forgiveness, so let this be the moment you

break out and function at your highest and best.

Forgive today, it’s the only path to your best life.

Love Word

  1. it hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, but
what is the most painful is to love someone and never finding the
courage to let the person know how you feel.

  2. maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before
meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right
person, we should know how to be grateful for that gift.

  3. love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, the
romance- and you find out you still care for that person.

  4. a sad thing about life is that when you meet someone who
means a lot to you only to find out in the end that it was never
bound to be and you just have to let go.

  5. when one door of happiness closes, another opens but often we
look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has
    been opened for us.

  6. the best kind of friend is the one you could sit on a porch,
swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like
that was the best conversation you've had.

  7. its' true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it,
but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing
    until it arrives.

  8. giving someone all your love is never an assurance that
they'll love you back! don't expect love in return, just wait for
it to grow in their hearts but if it doesn't, be content it grew in
    yours.

  9. there are things you love to hear but you would never hear
it from the person whom you would like to hear it from, but don't
be deaf to hear it from the person who says it with his heart.

  10. never say goodbye when you still want to try - never give
up when you still feel you can take it - never say you don't love
that person anymore when you can't let go.

  11. love comes to those who still hope even though they've been
disappointed, to those who still believe even though they've been
betrayed, need to love those who still love even though they've
    been hurt before.

  12. it takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to
like someone and a day to love someone - but it takes a lifetime
    to forget someone.

  13. don't go for looks' it can deceive; don't go for wealth - even
that fades away. go for someone who makes you smile coz' only a
smile makes a dark day seem bright. hope you find that person.

  14. there are moments in life when you really miss someone that you
want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real! hope you
    dream of that someone.

  15. dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what
you want to be cuz you have only one life and one chance to do all
the things you want in life.

  16. may you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials
to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope
to make you happy and enough money to buy me gifts :)

  17. always put yourself in other's shoes. if you feel that it hurts
you, it probably does hurt the person, too.

  18. a careless word may kindle strife; a cruel word may wreck a
life; a timely word may level stress; a loving word may heal and
    bless.

  19. the beginning of love is to let those we love be perfectly
themselves, and not to twist them with our own image - otherwise,
we love only the reflection of ourselves we find in them.

  20. the happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of
everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along
    their way.

  21. happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who
have searched and those who have tried. for only they can
appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives.

  22. love starts with a smile, develops with a kiss and ends
    with a tear.

  23. the brightest future will always be based on a forgotten
past, you can't go on well in life until you let go of your past
    failures and heartaches.

  24. when you were born, you were crying and everyone around you
was smiling - live your life so that when you die, you're smiling
and everyone around you is crying..

Sad Says

Usually when people are sad, they don’t do anything. They just cry over their condition. But when they get angry, they bring about a change.
Beginnings are scary. Endings are usually sad, but it’s the middle that counts the most.
Dying seems less sad than having lived too little.
However long the night, the dawn will break.
Better by far you should forget and smile than that you should remember and be sad.
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
Behind my smile is everything you’ll never understand.
For all sad words of tongue and pen, the saddest are these, It might have been.
There’s nothing more depressing than having it all and still feeling sad.
Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.
I had rather have a fool make me merry, than experience make me sad.
The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it.
Nobody really cares if you’re miserable, so you might as well be happy.
We enjoy warmth because we have been cold. We appreciate light because we have been in darkness. By the same token, we can experience joy because we have known sadness.
Sadness flies away on the wings of time.
- Jean de La Fontaine
I didn’t want to admit it. It was easier to lie. Hide the hurt and emptiness to smile instead of cry.
A sad spectacle. If they be inhabited, what a scope for misery and folly. If they be not inhabited, what a waste of space.
It is sad to grow old but nice to ripen.
I don’t know if I’m getting better or just used to the pain.
The walls we build around us to keep out the sadness also keep out the joy.
We ask God to forgive us for our evil thoughts and evil temper, but rarely, if ever ask Him to forgive us for our sadness.
You can choose to be happy or sad and whichever you choose that is what you get. No one is really responsible to make someone else happy, no matter what most people have been taught and accept as true.
You’ll just never know…so many emotions I choose not to show.

Love Poem By Suraj

I've lived my life in the shade,
Hoping that the pain would fade.
Now I'm being called into the light, I know I'm precious in God's sight.

No more need to go through the motions,
Looking for magic love potions.
Jesus is the answer to my prayer,
He's the one who's always been there.

I didn't want anyone to see,
All the sorrow inside of me.
Now I'm ready to let go of the blame,
And cut loose from all the guilt & shame.

I'm not afraid to shed a tear,
Because it's the voice only God can hear.
God is wooing me back into the fold,
I no longer need to stand out in the cold.

Oh God help me break out of the cage,
Whose bars are made from fear & rage.
It's time to stand in the sun,
Knowing my new life in Christ has just begun.

Holy Spirit be my friend and guide,
So I no longer need to hide.
You are the one I will trust and obey,
And I will walk with you day by day.

You are restoring the joy of my youth,
As I live my life in your spirit and truth
And the little girl who was so shy and insecure,
Is once again made holy and pure.

Thank you Jesus for saving me,
From a life of captivity.
On your solid rock I stand,
Knowing you are alway holding my hand.

Suraj Love Blog

Hello Friends How are doing? I wish you all good. Friends i have created my own blog for some fun. So are you ready for a lot of fun & enjoy, I knew that you are agree. i have upload some my personal pic on this blog so kindly comment on this. Actually i fond of photography so sometimes i capture beautiful picture, guys if you are visit this blog so you never forget this it's really very memorable blog. "You worry too much," my cousin wrote the words that so aptly describe the workings of my mind. Just a few weeks ago I was held captive by worry as I drove home from work, not an uncommon happening.

Anxious thoughts crept into my mind and spiked on the Richter scale of patterns zigzagging across the internal screen. As I wound up the road home, the intensity of worrisome scenarios built for the questions with no answers playing on the field of my mind.
My heart beat raced keeping pace with the mind game as I flipped through pages of ways to control the outcome of what could become the reality of my worst scenario. I was almost to the stop sign when I heard the Lord whisper, "You could just think about something good."
"Could I really JUST DO THAT?" I wondered. It's always been impossible for me to change the direction of my thoughts without a logical explanation to refute them. But the Lord did not say, "Change the direction of your thoughts." He said, "...just think about something good."
I breathed in slowly and deeply, slowing the rapid pace of my heart. I looked out the car window and saw the sturdy mountains against the backdrop of a clear, blue sky. Mmmm. The beauty began to seep into every fiber of my being and the peace that passes understanding began to control my thoughts.
I was amazed. I had never experienced any change in my thinking as dramatic as that before. Just as surprising was the discovery much later that my anxious thoughts were far from the reality of the situation I was stewing over.
Gradually, I'm learning that the anxious thoughts and racing heart do not always signal a need to take action. Often they signal an overactive nervous system that needs to be infused with peace from good thoughts.
